The Wereleopards
Text in this colour denotes that it is a spoiler for Incubus Dreams
Gabriel was the leader of the wereleopards. He was also one of the actors in Raina's "movies" and forced lesser members of his pard to punish the less members of the wolf pack under Raina's orders.
He spends too much time in animal form and as such has a permanent set of fangs.
He was made a leopard by Elizabeth. He was strong enough to share blood with the rest of his pard and did not allow drugs in the pard.
He was killed by Anita when he attacked her and as such Anita became the "temporary" Nimir-Ra of the pard.
He is the wereleopard who made Nathaniel one of their kind when Nathaniel was seventeen years old. Not sure if this was revealed elsewhere but since Anita mentions it in Incubus Dreams I am putting it as a slight spoiler.
Loyal to Gabriel is hates Anita for killing him. She allies herself with Padma in order to save herself and the rest of the leopards. After the Council leaves she allies herself with Anita.
Unfortunately she is also jealous that Anita is a better Nimir-Ra as a human than she is as a leopard. She invites Micah to combine his pard with theirs without telling Anita what she has done and things are further strained when Anita has to punish her for her disloyalty. She shoots her but not with silver bullets. It is enough to make her point but she is warned that the next time they will be silver.
Elizabeth is also a nurse.
Gregory is the twin brother of Stephen who is a member of the local werewolf pack. Gregory on the other hand is one of the local wereleopard pard.
An actor in one of Raina's "movies" he is pretty much forced into suspect activities by Gabriel the leader of the pard. The first time he and Anita meet he is actually torturing Stephen under Gabriel's orders. Anita was not his biggest fan and once described him as "a waste of skin".
However things change and once Gabriel is out of the picture and Gregory has a choice in his actions he refuses to hurt anyone else and refused to attack Sylvie when Padma ordered him to do so as he knew that Anita was alpha and protecting them.
Gregory does however have a problem in trusting that Anita will always be around to help him out. When he was deliberately crippled by Padma so that he could not leave he thought that Anita had given him away to him.
Even later on when he is in trouble at Narcissus in Chains he voiced his concerns that Anita was going to leave him there. Anita by this point has taken responsibility for the pard and ensures him that she will always come from him.
It is Gregory who later that same night accidentally injures Anita and risks her becoming a true wereleopard. As punishment for this he is kidnapped by the werewolf pack as they state that Anita cannot be their Lupa and Nimir-Ra in truth for the pard. Anita finds him too late to stop the torture and for a while it appears that he might have lost his hearing after having silver earplugs placed in his ears.
Both Gregory and Stephen are terrified of their father who abused them as children. Their father is recently back in town...only time will tell what happens in that area.
Rather surprisingly, in Incubus Dreams it is revealed that Gregory is not a fighter and is no match at all for Damian when he goes crazy in the sunlight. However he is considered to be adequate enough to guard him once he is restrained.
Gregory's stage name at Guilty Pleasures is Marlowe
Zane is a wereleopard who is very possessive of his pard and tries to keep them together after Gabriel's death. He tries to be dominant but can't. He needs the touch of others as security. He really can't cope and actually cries when Anita confronts him. He accepts that he can never be Gabriel (which would be a good thing of course) and he wants Anita to see after the welfare of the pard.
Some of the more dubious decisions he has made range from acting as pimp for the other leopards to dying his hair an assortment of colours.
He was previously in a relationship with Cherry.
He shows his bravery in that he is willing to go back to Padma with Anita to rescue Vivian and Gregory.
He has permanent fangs due to spending too much time in the form of a leopard. Before becoming a leopard he had been a drug addict.
Vivian is a wereleopard who was chosen by Padma as his own. He gives her gifts for each harm that he does her.
She is one of the rape victims of Fernando.
When she refused to torture Sylvie she was badly injured by Padma so that she was unconscious and could not leave.
Things have settled down and she is now living with werewolf Stephen.
Cherry became a wereleopard after losing her leg in a hit and run accident. Gabriel offered it back to her and she became one of the pard.
However while she gained her leg she lost her job as a nurse. They found out that she was a wereleopard and she found herself the victim of "budget cuts". She is rather bitter about this.
Anita describes her as tall with short blond hair and she dresses like "the slut bride from Planet X".
A former lover of Zane she is now just one of the pard.
Her voice purrs even when human form.
Anita first met her when she had been released from Padma. Only those who had been able to walk had been allowed to leave. Anita did not initially trust her because she had left Vivian and Gregory behind. She had accepted Anita's dominance to leave Padma but she did not really believe it.
However the longer that Anita is in charge of the leopards the closer she and Cherry become until they now appear to be friends.
Merle is Micah's chief bodyguard and a formidable wereleopard. He had been leader of the pard but had not wanted to risk his humanity against Chimera for the pard and so instead of him Micah had become Micah became Nimir-Raj before they managed to escape from Chimera.
Anita describes him as attitude that would make a Hells Angel think twice.
Merle and Micah are the only two wereleopards of the pard who were with Chimera who wear their hair long. Anita discovers in Incubus Dreams that this was because they were the only two who had not taken part in a particular form of torture and were made to grow their hair long because of that.
Caleb is Anita's least favourite of the new wereleopards. Anita finds that as he often seems to be longing for the days when Chimera was about he is not to be trusted, particularly as she killed Chimera.
She describes him as cute enough - in a young, boy-hooker, MTV sort of way. He wears a lot of silver, even though it is harmful to lycanthropes.
He seems to be behaving himself, for the most part, and some of the other were-animals were far more disliked by Anita before coming under her protection and even, in some cases, her friend.
When Micah describes the events in his other pard he comments that he thinks that Caleb used to enjoy the torture of others. Anita's thought in response was that she couldn't think less of Caleb anyway.
Gina is a wereleopard with Micah's pard. She has been abused and tortured by Chimera.
Violet is a wereleopard with Micah's pard. We do not get to see her but we understand from Gina that when she herself is not in Chimera's hands Violet is and vice versa.
Noah is a wereleopard and bodyguard of Micah.
When Anita discovers the reason why only Micah and Merle are the only men in Micah's pard with long hair her estimation of Noah goes down.
